Special Delivery Service:

- Due to the recent situation on coronavirus epidemic, DCH Foods Deluxe delivery team will avoid entering customers’ places to minimize direct contact. Delivery items will be placed in front of customers’ doors where photos will be taken for confirmation as complete deliveries and will inform again by doorbell or phone upon arrival.
- For the delivery orders to the housing with latest confirmed case of coronavirus within 14 days, our team members will hand over the goods at the building lobby/downstairs instead. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
- For delivery orders to the cluster outbreak involving housing, our delivery staff will hand over the goods to nearby housing estates. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Payment Method

DCH Food Mart Deluxe Gourmet Delivery Service offers three payment methods for your convenience:

Online Payment  

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Since the price of certain products is calculated by the actual product weight, we will reserve 20% of the total price as buffer. The total price will be adjusted to reflect the correct amount after our customer service representative has weighed the products ordered. We will call you to confirm the adjusted total price and your credit card company will charge you accordingly.

"Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" are in place on our website so that you can verify your online purchase using a security code and be protected against unauthorized purchase.    


Terms and Conditions for Delivery Service

  • (1) Minimum Order for Free Delivery

    Free delivery service will be provided for orders on or above $500 (based on the transaction amount after discount and/or after e-coupon and promotion code discount). 

    If order amount per each delivery address is below $500, extra $50 delivery fee will be charged (per each delivery address).   

    (2) Delivery Area 

    - Our delivery service is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.

    - No delivery service is available to Lantau Island  and other outlying islands, airport and overseas at this moment.
    - No delivery service is availble to  warehouses, construction sites, restricted areas, MTR stations and areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift
    *Customers will be charged $160 for bridge and tunnel fees if delivery destination is Discovery Bay. Please pay the $160 bridge and tunnel fees by cash upon delivery.


    (3) Delivery Arrangement 

    After we receive your order, our customer service representative will call you to confirm the order details and delivery date one day before delivery. On the date of delivery, our delivery team will call you again to confirm the delivery time. 

    In case  of  Typhoon  Signal No.8(or above) or. Rainstorm Black Warning, the delviery service will not be provided. A new delivery date will be arranged by our customer service representative after the warning is cancelled.

    (4) Changing or Canceling an Order
    Should we wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us at least 2 working days(unless otherwise specified, please refer to the products description and T&C) before the scheduled delivery date by phone (2216 8068) or email (

    In case of bad weather, we allow change of delivery address by same day notice.  

    (5) Delivery Time

Important Information for Members

  1. If you sign in as a member (Privilege or Epicure), the prices shown on our website will be the discounted prices (5% off). This discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or coupons.
  2. Prices shown on this website are only applicable to online purchases and might be different from those in DCH Food Mart or DCH Food Mart Deluxe
  3. After you place an order, an email containing your order information will be sent to your registered email account.


14-Day Shopping Guarantee Service Policy

DCH Foods always emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore, we are dedicated to provide 14-Day Shopping Guarantee Service Policy. With our 14-Day Shopping Guarantee Service Policy, you are welcomed to bring the products with the respective receipts to all DCH Food Mart, DCH Food Mart Deluxe, DCH x Ztore and DCH Finest. We are glad to provide exchange and refund service at your contentment.
(Above Shopping Guarantee Service Policy is not applicable to chilled, fresh and BBQ products.)
If you have paid by credit card, we will refund to your credit card account. The whole process should take around 1 month.

Store Pick up’ Service will be free of charge upon single transaction over $150, and free delivery service will be provided when orders upon $500.


How it works
After adding the items to cart, select ‘Store Pick up’ service as the preferred ‘Delivery Method’ and choose your desired store for pick up. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order summary email with the details of your order and collection store.

Arrangement and Pick-up period
Once your order has been confirmed, our customer service staff will call you for confirmation. Please arrive the store for collecting with your order confirmation email within 3 days. Confirmation signature is required for order pick-up process. If customers fail to collect the order within the pick-up period, DCH Food Deluxe reserves the right to cancel the order.

1. Prices shown on DCH Foods Deluxe website are not applicable in physical stores and may also vary from those found in-store.
2. DCH Food Deluxe reserves the right for changing the prices, and prices shown on website is real-time and remains as final.
3. Store Pick up service is available in all DCH Foods Deluxe, DCH Food Mart and DCH Finest stores.
4. Store Pick up serviceis free upon single transaction over HK$150. Otherwise, a service charge of HK$50 applies.
5. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and in the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before pick up.
6. The pick-up time shall fall between the opening hours of the selected pick-up location.  We reserve the right to cancel the order If customer fail to collect the order within the pick-up period.
7. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
8.If the order includes alcoholic drinks or any other items which are prohibited to be sold to a minor, it shall be picked up by a person aged 18 or above (with identification). Otherwise, our staff shall decline the person from order pick-up.
9. Promotion details may be subject to change without prior notice.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of DCH Foods Deluxe remains as final.
