Bread Crumbs Ingredients

Bread Crumbs 80g

Lemon peels 1pc

Garlic 2pcs(minced)

Pine Nut 15g(minced)

Chopped Parsley 2 tablespoon

Mini tomatoes 8pcs

Olive Oil as needed

Salt and pepper as needed


Mint Yogurt Dip

Mint Leaves 20g

Original Yogurt 5 tablespoon

Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Extra Virgin Olive Oil ½ tablespoon

Parsley Flakes 1 tablespoon

Salt as needed

Black pepper as needed


Side Dish Cooking method

1. Pre-heat the oven to 230 degrees

2. Drizzle olive oil over the mini tomatoes and some salt and black pepper

3. Bake for 8 minutes then serve

1. Chop the mint leaves, blend all the ingredients in the blender and serve as dip


Lamb Rack Cooking method

1. Mix all the bread crumbs ingredients

2. Whisk the eggs with mustard

3. Pat dry the lamp rack, then season with salt and pepper

4. Coat each side of the lamb rack with the egg mixture then the bread crumbs mixture. Press any remaining
