Abalone with Brown Sauce and Pea Sprouts

Ingredients for four:
Australian Green Lip Ablalone(After cooking soup)  1-2pcs
Pea sprouts  320G|


Sauce:
Water  150ml
Oyster Sauce  50ml
Sugar 1tsp
Sesame Oil and Pepper  a little
Cornstarch  2tsp

 

Directions:

1. Thinly slice abalone.

2. Stir-fry pea sprouts until tender, transfer to a plate.

3. Boil the sauce, add sliced abalone and simmer until well flavoured.

4. Pour abalone and brown sauce over pea sprouts to serve.
