Marinate

Onion 1/2 pc

Garlic Cloves 3pcs

Asian Pear 1/2pc

Soy Sauce 4 Tablespoons

Corn Honey 1 Tablespoon

Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon

Mirin 1 Tablespoon



Seasoning

Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon

Marinate

Onion 1/2 pc

Garlic Cloves 3pcs

Asian Pear 1/2pc

Soy Sauce 4 Tablespoons

Corn Honey 1 Tablespoon

Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon

Mirin 1 Tablespoon

 

Seasoning

Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon

 

Cooking Method:

1.     Peel the pear and chopped both the pear and onion into small pieces, mince the garlics.

2.     Put them into a food processer and grind them into a smooth purée, then mix with soy sauce, corn honey, mirin and sesame oil together. (If there is no food process, can chop the pear and onion into as small as possible)

3.     Rinse short ribs in cold water, pat dry and place in a wide shallow bowl.Pour the marinade over short ribs and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Bring to room temperature, drain and discard marinade.

4.     Cook short ribs on a hot grill or in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until nicely browned but juicy. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serve
