Ingredients
Ingredients:
U.S. Angus Rib Eye Steak 100g
Korean soy sauce 1.5 tsps
Hamburger 1 pc
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Lettuce 1 pc
Tomato 1 pc
Homemade pickles 2 pcs
Onion 1/4 pc
Cheese 1 pc

Method:
1. The U.S. Angus Rib Eye Steak cut into 1mm thick.
2. Use Korean soy sauce marinate Ribeye Steak for about 10 minutes.
3. Slice onion thinly.
4. Fried steak and onion.
5. Hamburger side coated with mayonnaise and mustard on the other side.
6. Put the cheese, steak, tomatoes and lettuce on the hamburger.

Cooking Tip:
It will be better to cut steak to 1mm thick for marinate, as steak can totally absort the taste of Korean soy sauce.
Texture: Marinated steak and other ingredients can be a tasty combination.
