4-5 pcs New Zealand rack of lamb, 2-3 tbsps diced spring onion, some chili, some peppercorn, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1-2 tsps cumin
1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, some pepper
1 tbsp broad bean paste, 1 tbsp sweet bean paste, 1-2 tbsp water
1. Marinate the rack of lamb and pan-fry accordingly to your own likings. Place on dish.
2. Saute the garlic paste, peppercorn, red chili, cumin. Then, add in the sauce ingredients and spring onion.
3. Pour the sauce onto the rack of lamb and ready to serve.
Cooking Tip: The New Zealand rack of lamb is more tender and less odour. Slight marinade already tastes great.
Texture: The rack of lamb is tender and juicy while the sauce is sweet and spicy. The mixture makes it a brand new dish to taste.
