1. Ground the spice mixture and set aside. Pat dry the striploin. Rubit with spice mixture.
2. Heat the pan with oil. Pan grill each side for about 3 mins or until your desired doneness. Add 1 tbsp of butter, rosemary and cook until melt.
3. Remove the steak. Shred the potatos and wash with cold water.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Add mushroom and pan fry well. Serve with the striploin.
Cooking Tip: Remember to heat the pan first. Then pan grill each side of the striploin till crispy and cook to your desired doneness. Rub the steak with spice mixture just before pan grilling.
