大昌煮意兵團條款及細則

大昌煮意兵團會員申請及大昌煮意兵團會籍受以下條款及細則規管。大昌煮意兵團由大昌貿易行有限公司(以下簡稱「大昌貿易行有限公司」)擁有及經營。請仔細閱讀此條款及細則(以下簡稱「條款」)。註冊成為大昌煮意兵團的會員,即表示你同意受此等條款約束。
1. 加入 大昌煮意兵團
如果你年滿18歲,你便可以申請成為大昌煮意兵團會員。
你須確認向我們提供的所有資料均為完整、準確及最新的資料。如你的個人資料有任何變動,請在大昌煮意兵團應用程式(以下簡稱「應用程式」)更新個人資料或電郵至dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk,以便接收我們發出的任何訊息。
為了保障消費者及我們的合作夥伴(定義如下)的利益,我們有權就任何原因決定接受或拒絕你的大昌煮意兵團會籍申請,或以其他方式終止你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶(定義如下),並將不會對你承擔任何責任。
2. 你的大昌煮意兵團會籍
在我們完成你的會員註冊並授予你會籍(以下簡稱「大昌煮意兵團會籍」)後,你便正式成為大昌煮意兵團會員,並獲得大昌煮意兵團會員專享的獎賞禮遇。
大昌煮意兵團會籍分為2個級別 - 銀級會籍及金級會籍。會籍詳情及優惠:
銀級會籍
只須登記加入大昌煮意兵團,即可享有銀級會籍優惠,包括接收最新優惠資訊、賺取獎賞積分、生日禮遇、電子禮券、組成兵團等。如在過去24月內如無任何消費記錄,會籍將自動失效。
金級會籍
金級會籍有效期為一年,優惠包括於香港的商店及網上購物網站購物額外95折優惠(折實價貨品除外)、接收最新優惠資訊、賺取獎賞積分、生日禮遇、電子禮券、組成兵團等。
銀級會員只需於累積消費金額到期日前於香港的門市及網上購物網站累積消費滿港幣$800,即可升級為金級會籍,升級後累積消費金額將清零重新計算。金級會員只需於累積消費金額到期日前於香港的商店及網上購物網站累積消費滿港幣$800,即可自動續會,續會後累積消費金額將清零重新計算。相反,如會員未能於累積消費金額到期日前累積消費滿港幣$800,其金級會籍將自動被更新為銀級會籍。所有銀級會員如連續三年處於非活躍狀態,非活躍狀態即未有於門市或網店購物,我們可能會終止你的大昌煮意兵團會籍。
你的大昌煮意兵團會籍須由你個人擁有,只有你本人才能累積大昌煮意兵團獎賞積分(以下簡稱「積分」)、兌換獎賞或接受與你的大昌煮意兵團會籍相關的任何其他獎賞禮遇或優惠。你不能將你的大昌煮意兵團會籍或積分出售予任何人。然而,在某些特定情況下,你可以交換、轉移或轉讓積分與另其他大昌煮意兵團會員(參閱以下第4條)。
如你透過我們的流動裝置的應用程式註冊大昌煮意兵團會籍,在應用程式内生成的二維碼(以下簡稱「大昌煮意兵團 ID」)將成為你的大昌煮意兵團會員識別號碼,即大昌煮意兵團會員號碼。
你也可以透過我們店內的註冊程序申請成為大昌煮意兵團會員。然後,將收到你的大昌煮意兵團會員卡(以下簡稱「大昌煮意兵團會員卡」)。
你不可就同一交易為多個大昌煮意兵團賬戶賺取大昌煮意兵團獎賞積分或兌換獎賞。
3. 賺取大昌煮意兵團獎賞積分
登入大昌煮意兵團應用程式或到店鋪後,你可以使用大昌煮意兵團應用程式或會員卡在我們的大昌食品指定的位於香港的商店及網上購物網站消費,以大昌煮意兵團會籍累積大昌煮意兵團獎賞積分。
當你購買任何產品或服務時出示大昌煮意兵團 ID或大昌煮意兵團會員卡,你可就該消費每$1港元獲得最少1分獎賞積分(送貨費除外)。除了賺取基本積分,我們的推廣活動亦會不時發放額外積分(以下簡稱「額外積分」)。
大昌煮意兵團會員須於交易時出示電子會員卡或實體卡以賺取積分,該次積分將於購物後24小時內更新至大昌食品流動裝置應用程式內。會員可於手機應用程式查閱積分結餘、積分紀錄及到期日。
如你在參與商店的實體店購物時忘記出示你的大昌煮意兵團 ID或大昌煮意兵團會員卡,該次消費將不會進行記錄,亦不會補發任何積分。所有積分以大昌食品之系統記錄為準。大昌食品恕不接納任何於交易後補領積分的要求。
我們有權修改參與商店的數量、不參與大昌煮意兵團範圍內的項目、基本積分或額外積分的數量。我們將於我們的網站及/或應用程式上發佈有關任何重大變更的通知。
所有已取消的交易或購物退款,因應該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分將會自動扣除,包括因指定推廣計劃而額外獲得之獎賞積分。
積分不能兌換現金或被購買。
獎賞積分有到期日為每年3月31日,首年度登記之獎賞積分到期日至2022年3月31 日止,及後的積分則以每年4月1日至翌年3月31日為結算期,結算期滿後內所累積的全部積分將自動註銷。
4. 轉讓積分/禮券
透過應用程式,你可以根據現時有效的程序轉讓你累積的積分/禮券與其他大昌煮意兵團會員。
大昌煮意兵團會員需輸入有效之香港流動電話號碼,轉讓積分以50分為單位,積分轉讓及禮券轉讓不設上限。積分轉讓及禮券轉讓一經確認將即時於會員帳戶內扣除。
如使用實體卡之會員仍可累積積分,但不能獲取禮券,轉讓積分或禮券。
大昌食品概不負責任何因資料輸入錯誤而所蒙受積分上之損失。
5. 兌換獎賞
你可以使用你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶內的獎賞積分來兌換我們提供的有關大昌煮意兵團的獎賞。兌換每項獎賞所需的積分數量將由我們不時指定。你可以透過我們的應用程式查看每項獎賞所需的積分。實體卡之會員亦可參閱門市內兌換獎賞之宣傳海報或向店員查詢。
如你已透過店內註冊程序申請加入為會員,但其後沒有下載應用程式及連結你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶,亦可於店內兌換獎賞。你必須出示有效之會員卡,方可兌換獎賞,而兌換電子禮券只限於流動裝置應用程式登記之會員使用。
會員可在獎賞積分有效期內於手機應用程式兌換獎賞。獎賞兌換一經確認,系統會即時發送確認推送通知及即時從會員帳戶扣除相關積分。有關申請不可更改或取消,逾期兌換無效及恕不接受追溯申請。已成功兌換的會員於分店領取獎賞時必須出示有效電子或實體會員卡。獎賞有效期請參考我的優惠頁面內之電子禮券。
我們將決定你兌換、使用、領取或寄送獎賞的方式。一般而言,你可以透過我們的應用程式兌換獎賞,亦可以透過二維碼直接於大昌食品門市使用獎賞,有關獎賞可在我們指定的收集點領取,或發送至你要求的收貨地址。每項獎賞均有具體條款及細則,當中詳載各種享受所選擇獎賞的方式。部分獎賞亦可在我們不時指定的相關參與商店兌換。我們建議你下載應用程式,以享有我們專門為大昌煮意兵團會員提供的全方位的獎賞及其他禮遇。
獎賞圖片只供參考,一切以實物為準。會員須即時檢驗所換領之禮品,否則事後任何情況下均不會獲補發獎賞或積分。
如已換閱之獎賞暫時缺貨,大昌食品市場將於到貨時,另行通知會員換領有關獎賞。大昌食品並不保證任何獎賞於兌換獎賞有效期內一直保持供應。非食品類獎賞之保養及退換等以該獎賞之兌換條款及細則為準。
會員於獎賞積分有效期內未作出兌換安排及剩餘積分將自動註銷,未使用的積分將不獲補發。
獎賞積分及所兌換的獎賞(包括電子禮券)恕不能兌換現金、轉售、退款或換取其他產品及服務。
大昌食品有權隨時修改此會員兌換禮遇之使用條款而不作另行通知。如有爭議,大昌食品市場將保留最終決定權。
6. 大昌煮意兵團
大昌煮意兵團(以下簡稱「兵團」)是讓會員可以跟兩位已成功登記的會員互相連繫,共同達成消費目標並分享會藉級別及折扣,但積分不可共享。
每個已登記之會員只可加入一組兵團,每組兵團成員數目最多為3名成員。
加入兵團
你可於流動裝置應用程式的大昌煮意兵團頁面增加兵團成員,只須輸入其會員帳戶已登記之手提電話號碼,屆時待加入之會員將收到信息提示,確認後即可加入兵團。如該手提電話號碼的持有人未登記成為會員,將會透過會員選擇之通訊軟件發送邀請訊息。
如以實體卡進行增加兵團成員,你可先將相對應之實體會員卡交予該成員,該名成員只須帶同實體卡到門市並登記手提電話號碼進行驗証即可啟動。
兵團成員會藉變更
兵團成員之會藉級別將跟隨兵團內最高級别之成員,會藉級別以兵團成員於加入兵團時之狀況為準。如成員A為金卡會藉,成員A於兵團新增成員B(銀卡會藉)及成員C(銀卡會藉)為兵團成員,成員B及成員C將同時升級為金卡會藉並享有金卡會員折扣。
兵團成員累積消費金額
兵團成員於指定時間累積消費滿指定金額,所有成員會藉均可升級及續會。累積消費金額為兵團成員於指定期間個別消費之總和,會員可於手機應用程式之大昌煮意兵團頁面查看消費紀錄、個別消費金額及兵團消費總額。累積消費金額結算日均因應兵團成員之級別及組合而作出變更。
兵團成員累積消費金額結算日分為2種:
i. 如3名成員均為銀級,組團後3名成員之兵團累積消費金額結算日將自動選取成員中較早到期的個人累積消費金額結算日為準。
例子: 如成員A、B及C均為銀級,成員A、B及C的個人累積消費金額結算日分別為2021-11-30、2021-12-1及2021-12-2。組團後,兵團累積消費金額結算日將自動選取成員中較早到期的個人累積消費金額結算日為2021-11-30。
ii. 如3名成員其中有一名或以上為金級,組團後3名成員之兵團累積消費金額結算日將自動選取金級成員較遲到期的個人累積消費金額結算日。
例子: 如成員A、B為金級及C為銀級,成員A、B及C的個人累積消費金額結算日分別為2021-11-30、2021-12-1及2021-12-2。組團後,兵團累積消費金額結算日將自動選取金級成員較遲到期的個人累積消費金額結算日為2021-12-1。
退出兵團
開團之兵團成員有權可於流動裝置應用程式的大昌煮意兵團頁面自行剔除其餘2名成員,兵團成員亦可於流動裝置應用程式的大昌煮意兵團頁面自行退出兵團。
退團成員會藉變更
被剔除或自行退出兵團後,成員之會籍級別於該年度將保持不變。
退團成員累積消費金額
被剔除或自行退出兵團後,該成員之累積消費金額變更為個人的累積消費金額。累積消費金額結算日均因應兵團成員之級別及組合而作出變更。
退團成員累積消費金額結算日分為2種:
i. 如3名成員均為銀級,退團成員之累積消費金額結算日將跟隨為組團前之個人累積消費金額結算日。
例子: 如成員A、B及C均為銀級,成員A、B及C的個人累積消費金額結算日分別為2021-11-30、2021-12-1及2021-12-2。組團後,兵團累積消費金額結算日將自動選取2021-11-30。兵團解散後,成員A、B及C的個人累積消費金額結算日將分別跟隨為組團前之個人累積消費金額結算日為2021-11-30、2021-12-1及2021-12-2。如成員B退出兵團,兵團累積消費金額結算日將保持2021-11-30,成員B的個人累積消費金額結算日將變回2021-12-1。
ii. 如3名成員其中有一名或以上為金級,退團成員之累積消費金額結算日將維持不變。
例子: 如成員A、B為金級及C為銀級,成員A、B及C的個人累積消費金額結算日分別為2021-11-30、2021-12-1及2021-12-2。組團後,兵團累積消費金額結算日將自動選取2021-12-1。兵團解散後,成員A、B及C的個人累積消費金額結算日將保持不變為2021-12-1。如成員B退出兵團,兵團與成員B之累積消費金額結算日將保持不變為2021-12-1。
7. 優惠
在你同意註冊登記成為大昌煮意兵團後,即表示你已同意我們的私隱政策(www.dchfoodmartdeluxe.com/tc/privacy.php),我們可以使用你的個人資料為你提供與大昌煮意兵團賬戶、累積積分及/或獎賞相關的特定專屬優惠及促銷活動(以下簡稱「你的個性化優惠」),並透過你所選擇的通訊方式直接向你發送你的個性化優惠。
你的個性化優惠將受附加條款及細則所約束,此等條款及細則將在我們的網站及/或應用程式上發佈,或以其他方式通知你。
8. 確保你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶的安全
無論於任何時候,你須妥善保管你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶密碼及大昌煮意兵團 ID。我們亦建議你定期更換密碼。如你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶被其他人擅自使用,請立即透過發電郵到dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk 或致電+852 2216 8068通知我們。如遺失實體卡,可透過發電郵到dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk 或致電+852 2216 8068通知我們作出補領。
9. 大昌煮意兵團的變更
我們有權隨時更改大昌煮意兵團的任何內容,包括(但不限於)任何促銷活動、禮遇或優惠、任何獎賞、任何積分的累積或兌換、網上註冊程序、店內註冊程序、大昌煮意兵團的營運或運作方式、合作夥伴、參與商店、不在大昌煮意兵團獎賞計劃範圍內的項目、合資格的交易及/或應用程式或網站。如大昌煮意兵團有任何重大更改,我們將透過電子郵件通知你,或在網站或應用程式上公佈。在我們發出通知後,如你繼續使用你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶,即表示你同意我們的有關修訂。若你不同意這些修訂,你可以隨時選擇取消你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶。
10. 條款的變更
我們可能會不定時變更或修改本大昌煮意兵團條款及細則。如此等條款有任何重大更改,我們將透過於電子郵件、網站或應用程式公佈的方式通知你。我們發出通知後,如你繼續使用你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶,即表示你同意我們修訂後的條款。如你不同意這些修訂,你可以隨時選擇取消或停用你的大昌煮意兵團的賬戶。
11. 賬戶終止或暫停
你有權隨時以任何理由透過我們的應用程式取消你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶,或者透過發電郵到dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk 或致電+852 2216 8068取消你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶。取消賬戶後,所有累積積分及尚未領取的獎賞將會作廢。
如我們基於任何原因擬訂終止大昌煮意兵團,我們將在至少三個月前,透過我們的網站及應用程式作出公佈。計劃終止日期前未兌換的積分或未領取的獎賞將會作廢。
在合理情況下,如我們認為你違反了任何條款,我們可能會暫停或終止你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶(無論有否通知),以及/或向你追回我們或我們的合作夥伴因而承受的任何損害及損失。
如你在兩年內沒有累積或兌換任何積分,我們將視你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶處於不活躍狀態,並有權取消你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶(無論有否通知),而你在大昌煮意兵團賬戶上累積的所有積分將會作廢。如想重新加入大昌煮意兵團,你可能需要重新申請新的會籍。
你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶須與你的手機號碼綁定。一個手機號碼只能綁定一個大昌煮意兵團賬戶。如你更改手機號碼,你必須透過應用程式及更新賬戶資料。如你在更改手機號碼後沒有及時更新大昌煮意兵團賬戶資料,你的賬戶可能有被第三方取用的風險,而你的大昌煮意兵團積分亦可能會被其他使用該手機號碼的人兌換。在不影響上述規定的情況下,如我們在合理情況下相信你的手機號碼已轉讓給第三方或你的手機號碼已停用, 我們則有權取消與此手機號碼綁定的大昌煮意兵團賬戶(恕不另行通知),並為此手機號碼新的持有人創建另一個大昌煮意兵團賬戶。根據上述規定取消你的大昌煮意兵團的賬戶後,所有累積積分、獎賞及優惠將會作廢。如想重新加入大昌煮意兵團,你需要使用新的手機號碼申請新的會籍。
12. 免責聲明
應用程式上提供的任何類型的資料、內容及材料僅供你作一般參考。你參與大昌煮意兵團及使用應用程式、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、你的優惠、積分、獎賞、你的大昌煮意兵團 ID及大昌煮意兵團會員卡的風險須自行承擔。
在法律允許的最大範圍內,大昌煮意兵團、我們的網站、應用程式、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、你的大昌煮意兵團 ID、你的大昌煮意兵團會員卡、你的個性化優惠、積分及/或獎賞,以及所有提供或執行的相關資料、內容、材料及/或服務均「按原樣」提供,所有明示或暗示的條件或保證均不包括在內。
我們不會就以下各項作出任何陳述、承諾或保證:
(a) 任何與大昌煮意兵團計劃、應用程式、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、你的大昌煮意兵團 ID、你的大昌煮意兵團會員卡、你的個性化優惠、積分及/或獎賞、或與前述有關而提供或執行的任何資料、內容、材料及/或服務的標題、準確性、完整性、貨幣、質量、適銷性或適用性;或
(b) 大昌煮意兵團計劃、應用程式、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、你的大昌煮意兵團 ID或你的大昌煮意兵團會員卡、將不受干擾、是無錯誤的、安全的、及時的或可用的,或者任何錯誤或故障將被糾正。
13. 我們的責任
對於你遭受任何間接、特殊、附帶、懲罰性或後果性的損失或損害,包括疏忽,我們概不負責。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內,對於與此等條款、大昌煮意兵團、我們的網站、應用程式、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、你的個性化優惠、你的大昌煮意兵團 ID、你的大昌煮意兵團會員卡、積分、獎賞、我們的合作夥伴所提供的任何產品及服務有關的任何損失或損害(包括一般的、特殊的、間接、直接、名義、懲罰性、附帶或後果性的損失或損害),我們不會在合同、侵權行為(包括疏忽)、違反法定義務或其他方面向你承擔責任,也不對與其相關並提供及執行的任何資料、內容、材料及/或服務承擔任何責任,不論我們是否事先被告知此類損失或損壞的可能性。
如任何具有司法管轄權的法院發現本條及第12條上述規定的任何部分無效或不可執行,則我們對此等條款、大昌煮意兵團、應用程式、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、你的大昌煮意兵團 ID、你的大昌煮意兵團會員卡、你的個性化優惠、積分及/或獎賞,或與此等條款相關並提供或執行的任何資料、內容、材料及/或服務的全部責任,將僅限於提供積分及/或替換作為爭議標的之任何獎賞,我們對此有絕對酌情權。
14. 知識產權
大昌煮意兵團、應用程式、以及與此相關並提供或執行的任何資料、內容、材料及/或服務中在全球任何地方存在的所有權利、所有權、利益、版權、商標權、域名、設計權、商譽及任何其他知識產權(無論任何類型),均歸我們及/或我們的許可人所有。你不得獲得它們的任何權利、所有權或權益,也不得修改、複製、出租、租賃、出借、出售、分發或基於它們創作衍生作品(全部或部分)。
你同意向我們提供的任何意見、評論或建議都是完全出於自願,而我們將根據大昌煮意兵團認為合適的方式自由使用(或不使用),並且對你沒有任何義務。
15. 私隱政策
我們的私隱政策訂明我們使用你的個人資料的目的、我們與誰分享你的個人資料,以及你在我們如何收集及使用你的個人資料上所擁有的選擇。如你申請成為大昌煮意兵團的會員,即代表你同意我們的私隱政策的條款,該政策的副本可以在這裏查閲:www.dchfoodmartdeluxe.com/tc/privacy.php 。
16. 連結
我們的網站、應用程式及發送予你的任何電子通訊或以網上或數碼方式提供予你的任何材料可能包含引導至由第三方(包括我們的合作夥伴或我們的關聯公司)寄存、給予或提供的其他網站、內容或資源的連結。你理解並同意我們:
(a) 對這些第三方網站、內容或資源沒有任何控制及監控權;
(b) 不提供任何承諾、陳述或保證,亦不對任何該等第三方網站、內容或資源(或在該等第三方網站或資源上促銷、介紹或提供的任何產品、貨品或服務)負責;以及
(c) 不支持任何該等第三方網站、內容或資源,或該等第三方網站或資源提供的任何廣告、產品、商品、服務或其他材料。
17. 爭議的解決
此等條款及由此引起或與其相關的任何爭議或事宜,或與大昌煮意兵團、積分、獎賞、你的個性化優惠、你的大昌煮意兵團賬戶、我們的網站或應用程式有關的任何爭議或事宜,均受香港特別行政區法例管轄並按其詮釋。閣下及大昌貿易行有限公司均同意接受香港特別行政區法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
18 . 一般條款
如任何此等條款被任何具有司法管轄權的法院或法庭裁定為無效、非法或不可執行,此等條款將會被分割,而其餘下條款將繼續完全有效,猶如此等條款是在沒有無效、非法或不可執行的條款的情況下訂立。
此等條款和我們的私隱政策,以及本文提及的及/或在我們的網站或應用程式上公佈的任何其他條款及細則,包含你與我們之間的完整協議。
我們未能或延遲根據此等條款行使任何權利或對違約採取行動,並不意味著豁免該項權利或違約。我們對此等條款的任何權利或違約的任何豁免必須以書面形式作出,並且該豁免僅限於其中所述的特定權利或違約。
此等條款是你的個人權利,你不得轉移你在此等條款下的任何權利或義務。我們可以無需你的同意將我們的權利或義務轉讓予任何第三方。
在任何情況下,《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第623章)不適用於此等條款。
19. 語言
此條款及細則和我們的私隱政策是用中文編寫,可以翻譯成中文或任何其他語言。如中文版本與任何翻譯版本之間有任何歧義,概以中文版本為準。

大昌煮意兵團個人資料收集聲明
如你向我們提供你的手機號碼,以加入我們的大昌煮意兵團 (「大昌煮意兵團」),即表示你已同意此個人資料收集聲明。大昌煮意兵團會員可賺取及兌換積分,以換取及享有參與企業的產品、折扣、服務或優惠券(「獎賞」)。大昌煮意兵團由大昌貿易行有限公司的作為資料使用者擁有及經營。你必須年滿18歲才可以申請加入大昌煮意兵團。
我們所收集的個人資料
我們需要收集你的手機號碼,以便我們可以處理你的申請以加入大昌煮意兵團成為會員(「會籍」)。當你成為大昌煮意兵團會員後,我們可能還需要向你收集有關會籍號碼的資料; 積分餘額; 會籍賬戶狀態及活動; 當你從我們的參與企業購買任何東西並在會籍賬戶中累積積分時的交易記錄;有關你兌換的任何獎賞的資料;以及你的購物喜好。
你的個人資料的使用準則
我們只會將你的個人資料用於以下用途:
1. 管理及維護你的會籍賬戶並提供客戶支援,例如:更新你的賬戶、驗證你的身份、透過整合我們已經持有的你的個人資料進行建立一份關於你的檔案、處理積分發放及獎賞兌換、完成任何交易、以及與你進行通訊;
2. 透過各種途徑,例如使用分析工具、進行研究、調查以及使用意見反饋表等,以改進我們的營運、或我們合作夥伴的營運;以及
3. 調查或處理任何事件、索償或爭議、辯護或提出任何索償或行動、或遵守適用法律或任何監管機構、法院或政府機構的任何要求。
與我們共享你個人資料的對象

DCH Cooking Buddy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the DCH Cooking Buddy (“DCH Cooking Buddy”).
These terms and conditions govern your application to join DCH Cooking Buddy and your DCH Cooking Buddy membership. DCH Cooking Buddy is owned and operated by Dah Chong Hong ("we" or "us"). Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. By registering to become a member of DCH Cooking Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Joining DCH Cooking Buddy
You can become a DCH Cooking Buddy member if you are 18 years old.
You confirm that all information provided by you to us is complete, accurate and up to date. Please update any changes in your personal details via the Profile section in the DCH Cooking Buddy App (“App”), or email to dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk, so that you are able to receive any communications we send you.
To protect the interests of consumers and our Partners (as defined below), we have the right to determine whether or not to accept or reject your application for DCH Cooking Buddy membership or otherwise discontinue your DCH Cooking Buddy Account (as defined below), for any reason and without any liability to you
2. Your DCH Cooking Buddy Account
You will only become a member of DCH Cooking Buddy and can only enjoy the benefits provided to DCH Cooking Buddy members, after we complete your registration and grant you a membership ("DCH Cooking Buddy Account").
2 Tiers of membership in DCH Cooking Buddy – Silver and Gold. Membership details and privileges including:
Sliver Membership
Register a membership in DCH Cooking Buddy to become a Sliver member, who can receive the latest promotional offers, earn bonus points, enjoy birthday offer, e-coupon and join buddy group.
Gold Membership
Gold member can enjoy 1 year membership validity period. The Gold member who can enjoy 5% extra discount in our Hong Kong outlets and online shop (excluding net price items), receive the latest promotional offers, earn bonus points, enjoy birthday offer, e-coupon and join buddy group.
Silver member with accumulated spending HK$800 at our outlets and online shop within accumulated spending expiry date, who will be upgraded to Gold membership automatically. After upgrade, the accumulated spending will reset to $0.
Gold member with accumulated spending HK$800 at our outlets and online shop within accumulated spending expiry date, the Gold membership will be extended 1 year automatically.
In contrast, Gold member with accumulated spending less than HK$800 until accumulated spending expiry date, the membership will be update to Silver membership automatically. If Sliver member is inactive with no spending with us in consecutive 3-year period, we may discontinue your DCH Cooking Buddy Account.
Your DCH Cooking Buddy Account will be valid for any period specified by us, from time to time. For example, we may discontinue your DCH Cooking Buddy Account if your membership is inactive for a consecutive 2-year period.
Your DCH Cooking Buddy Account is personal to you and only you can accumulate DCH Cooking Buddy Points (“Points”), or redeem Points in return for products, services, discounts, gifts or vouchers ("Rewards"), or receive any other benefits or offers in relation to your DCH Cooking Buddy Account. You cannot sell your DCH Cooking Buddy Account or Points to anyone else. However, you may share any Points accumulated by you with another DCH Cooking Buddy members under certain circumstances (see Clause 4 below).
If you apply to become a DCH Cooking Buddy member via the App on your mobile device, then the quick response (QR) code (“DCH Cooking Buddy ID”) generated in your user account on the App will act as your identification number for your DCH Cooking Buddy Account.
You can also apply to register as a DCH Cooking Buddy member via our in-store registration process. Then you will obtain your membership card for DCH Cooking Buddy ("DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card").
Multiple DCH Cooking Buddy memberships cannot be used to earn Points or redeem rewards in relation to the same transaction.
3. Earning DCH Cooking Buddy Points
Once your DCH Cooking Buddy Account has been activated, you can use it to accumulate Points on your DCH Cooking Buddy Account based on your spending at any selected store, e-commerce website belonging to our DCH Foods in Hong Kong.
When you present your DCH Cooking Buddy ID or provide your DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card at the point of purchase, you will earn a minimum of 1 (one) Point for each $1 (One Hong Kong Dollar) you spend on the purchase of any products or services at a Participating Outlet, that is not an excluded item (“Base Points”). Our promotion may issue Points above the Base Points from time to time (“Bonus Points”).
DCH Cooking Buddy members must present your DCH Cooking Buddy ID or provide your DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card to accumulate the Points. The Points you earn will be credited to your DCH Cooking Buddy Account in DCH Cooking Buddy App within 24 hours of your purchase. All DCH Cooking Buddy members can view your Points balance, Points record and expiry date.
In the event that you forget to present your DCH Cooking Buddy ID or DCH Cooking Buddy membership card at the point of purchase at a physical Participating Outlet, you cannot accumulate Points on your purchase or make retrospective claims for Points. All Points will be based on the record from DCH system. No retrospectively claim for Points is allowed.
We have the right to amend the number of Partners or Participating Outlets, who the Partners or Participating Outlets are, any excluded items, the Base Points or Bonus Points. We will post a notice regarding any major changes on our App.
In the event of a refund, your Points earned from the corresponding purchase shall be deducted from your DCH Cooking Buddy Account.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or be purchased.
Points will expire if you do not use them. Points will expire on every Mar 31. If you are new joiner to DCH Cooking Buddy on or before 2021, your points will be expired on Mar 31, 2022 as an exceptional case. After that the Points valid period will be from every year Apr 1 to Mar 31.
4. Sharing Points/ Coupons
You may share your Points accumulated/Coupons on your DCH Cooking Buddy Account with other DCH Cooking Buddy members according to the procedures that are currently in effect.
Once you enter the valid Hong Kong mobile number, you may share your Points/Coupons, the minimum unit of Points sharing are 50 Points and no maximum value on Points/Coupons sharing. All shared Points/Coupons will be deducted once sharing procedures are completed.
All physical holders able to accumulate Points but no coupons will be given, all Points and coupons cannot be shared.
DCH Foods will not responsible for any loss of Points/Coupon due to data input error
5. Redeeming Rewards
You can use the Points credited to your DCH Cooking Buddy Account in order to redeem Rewards offered by us in relation to DCH Cooking Buddy. The number of Points needed to redeem each Reward will be specified by us, from time to time. You can see the Points required for each available Reward via our App. Physical Card holders can visit our store to find out the redemption details from in-store posters or ask our store staff for details
If you have applied to join as a member through our in-store registration process, and have not subsequently downloaded the App and linked your DCH Cooking Buddy Account to it, then you still can redeem a Reward at our stores. You must present a valid membership card to redeem a Reward at stores, but Coupon redemption only available until you successfully registered a DCH Cooking Buddy account via App
You can redeem Rewards by using Points via our App within a Points validity period. Rewards redemption once confirmed, system will deliver a confirmation to your Account and Points will be deducted immediately.
The redemption cannot be changed or cancelled. Late redemption is invalid, and no retrospective claim is allowed. Members must present a valid Member ID or physical membership card when collecting rewards at Outlets. Rewards valid period refer to the e-coupon in the Rewards page
We will determine how you can redeem a Reward, and how a Reward will be used, collected or delivered. In general, a Reward can usually be redeemed via our App by using the QR code, collected at one of our specified collection points, or delivered to your requested delivery address. The different ways to enjoy your chosen Reward will be detailed in the specific terms and conditions for each particular Reward. Certain Rewards can also be redeemed at relevant Participating Outlets, as may be specified by us from time to time. We recommend downloading the App to enjoy the full range of Rewards and other options that we exclusively offer to DCH Cooking Buddy Members.
If the redeemed Rewards is temporally out of stock, the member will be notified once the stock is replenished. We do not guarantee that any Rewards will remain available during the redemption period. The maintenance and return of non-food Rewards are subject to the redemption terms and conditions.
All Rewards images are for reference only. DCH Cooking Buddy Members must have to examine the Rewards instantly, after that, no retrospectively claim for Rewards is allowed.
The member does to make Rewards redemption within the Points validity period, the remaining points will be forfeited. No retrospectively claim for expired Points is allowed
Once you have spent your Points to redeem a Reward (including coupons), you cannot return or exchange the Reward.
The Rewards that can be redeemed by you in relation to your DCH Cooking Buddy Account shall be prescribed, amended, provided, offered or terminated, from time to time In case of dispute, DCH reserves the right of the final decision.
6. DCH Cooking Buddy
DCH Cooking Buddy (“Buddy Group”) is functioning to let registered member with other 2 registered members join group together to achieve the spending amount, share membership tier and discount but not including points.
Each registered member only can join one Buddy Group, maximum 3 registered members in each Buddy Group.
Join Buddy Group
You can form a Buddy Group on page of DCH Cooking Buddy in App, input the registered mobile number of the member to send an invitation. The member who pending to join group, will receive a notification. The group is formed after confirmation. If inviting non-member, mobile number is not yet registered, to join Buddy Group, you may send an invitation by selecting one of the communication tools.
If using physical membership card (“Main Card”) to form Buddy Group, you may share a sub-membership card (“Sub-Card”) to a person who want to join Buddy Group. That person must bring the Sub-Card to our participated outlets to activate the Sub-Card and join Buddy Group by registering the mobile number.
Membership Tier Changes of Forming Buddy Group
Membership tier changes are following the highest membership tier of Buddy Group members, which is subject to the status of members when they joined the Buddy Group. For example, member A (Gold Tier) recruit member B (Silver Tier) and member C (Silver Tier) to form a Buddy Group. Member B & C will promote to Gold tier and enjoy the Gold tier membership discount.
Buddy Group Members’ Accumulated Spending Amount
Buddy Group Members must purchase in certain accumulated spending amount in certain period, in order to achieve membership upgrade or renewal. Accumulated spending amount referred to the sum of each Buddy Group members spending amount in certain period. Each Buddy Group member able to check their own purchase record, spending amount and total spending of whole Buddy Group. Accumulated spending expiry date will be changed depends on membership tier of the Buddy Group members and formation of the Buddy Group
2 Type of Joined Buddy Group Members’ Accumulated Spending Expiry Date
i. If All 3 silver tier members – New accumulated spending expiry date will be based on the earliest accumulated spending expiry date among the members after the group is formed.
E.g. Member A, B and C are both Silver members, their accumulated spending expiry date are 2021-11-30, 2021-12-1 and 2021-12-2 respectively. After forming a group, the group accumulated spending expiry date will automatically select the earliest accumulated spending expiry date among the members which is 2021-11-30.
ii. If 1 or More than 1 Gold tier members - New accumulated spending expiry date will be based on the latest accumulated spending expiry date among the Gold members after the group is formed.
E.g. Member A & B are both Gold members, Member C is Silver member. Their accumulated spending expiry date are 2021-11-30, 2021-12-1 and 2021-12-2 respectively. After forming a group, the group accumulated spending expiry date will automatically select the latest accumulated spending expiry date among the Gold members which is 2021-12-1.
Exit Buddy Group
The member who started the Buddy Group has the right to remove 2 remaining members from the Buddy Group in the page of DCH Cooking Buddy of the App, and the Buddy Group members can withdraw the Buddy Group in the same page of the App.
Membership Tier Changes of Exiting Buddy Group
The membership tier of all Buddy Group members remains unchanged after exiting the Buddy Group.
Exited Buddy Group Members’ accumulated spending Amount
After being removed or withdrawing from the Buddy Group, the accumulated spending amount of the member will be changed to individual accumulated spending amount. Accumulated spending expiry date will be changed depends on membership tier of the Buddy Group members and formation of the Buddy Group.
2 Type of Exited Buddy Group Member’s Accumulated Spending Expiry Date
i. All 3 silver tier members – New individual accumulated spending expiry date will be based on the individual accumulated spending expiry date after exited the group.
E.g. Member A, B and C are both Silver members, their accumulated spending expiry date are 2021-11-30, 2021-12-1 and 2021-12-2 respectively. After forming a group, the group accumulated spending expiry date will automatically select the earliest expiry date among the members which is 2021-11-30. After the Buddy Group dismissed, the new individual accumulated spending expiry date of Member A, B and C will follow their original individual accumulated spending expiry date that are 2021-11-30, 2021-12-1 and 2021-12-2 respectively. If member B exited the Buddy Group, the Group accumulated spending expiry date will remain unchanged as 2021-11-30 and accumulated spending expiry date of member B will be changed back to 2021-12-1.
ii. If 1 or More than 1 Gold tier members - accumulated spending expiry date will remain unchanged after the group is formed.
E.g. Member A & B are both Gold members, Member C is Silver member. Their accumulated spending expiry date are 2021-11-30, 2021-12-1 and 2021-12-2 respectively. After forming a group, the group accumulated spending expiry date will automatically select the latest accumulated spending expiry date among the Gold members which is 2021-12-1. After the Buddy Group dismissed, the new individual accumulated spending expiry date of Member A, B and C will follow the group accumulated spending expiry date which 2021-12-1. If member B exited the Buddy Group, the Group and individual accumulated spending expiry date will remain unchanged as 2021-12-1.
7. Offers
Subject to your consent obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.dchfoodmartdeluxe.com/tc/privacy.php), we can use your personal data to provide you with tailored and personalised offers and promotions in relation to your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, the accumulation of Points and/or the Rewards ("Your Personalised Offers") and to send Your Personalised Offers directly to you via your preferred communication channel.
Your Personalised Offers will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be posted on our Website and/or App, or otherwise notified to you.
8. Keeping Your DCH Cooking Buddy Account Secure
Please keep your password and and DCH Cooking Buddy ID safe at all times. We also recommend that you update your password regularly. Please notify us immediately via dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk or +852 2216 8068 if there has been any unauthorised use of your DCH Cooking Buddy Account.
9. Changes to DCH Cooking Buddy
We have the right to make changes to any feature of DCH Cooking Buddy at any time, including (without limitation) in relation to any promotions, benefits or offers, any Rewards, any accumulation or redemption of Points, the online registration process, the in-store registration process, the manner in which DCH Cooking Buddy is operated or run, the Partners, the Participating Outlets, the excluded items, the eligible transactions and/or the App or the Website. We will notify you of any major changes to any feature of DCH Cooking Buddy by emailing you or by posting a notice on our Website or App. By continuing to use your DCH Cooking Buddy Account after we have provided the notice, you agree to our amendments. If you do not agree to these amendments, you will have the option of cancelling your DCH Cooking Buddy Account at any time.
10. Changes to Our Terms
From time to time, we may update these Terms. We will notify you of any major changes to these Terms by emailing you or by posting a notice on our Website or in the App. By continuing to use your DCH Cooking Buddy Account after we have provided the notice, you agree to our amended terms. If you do not agree to these amendments, you will have the option of cancelling your DCH Cooking Buddy Account at any time.
11. Account Termination or Suspension
You have the right to cancel your DCH Cooking Buddy Account at any time and for any reason via our App, or by emailing us at dchfm@fm.dch.com.hk or calling us on +852 2216 8068. Upon your cancellation, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account will be immediately terminated, and all accumulated Points and any Rewards that you have not collected will be forfeited.
If we plan to terminate DCH Cooking Buddy for any reason, we will provide at least 3 months' prior notice, by posting the notice on our Website and App. Any accumulated Points that are not used or any Rewards that have not been collected before the date of termination shall be forfeited.
If we reasonably believe that you have breached any of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your DCH Cooking Buddy Account (with or without notice) and/or seek to recover from you any damages and losses suffered by us or our Partners.
If you do not accumulate or redeem any Points for 2 years, we will consider your DCH Cooking Buddy Account inactive and have the right to cancel your DCH Cooking Buddy Account (with or without notice), and all Points accumulated on your DCH Cooking Buddy Account shall be forfeited. You may need to re-apply for a new membership if you wish to re-join DCH Cooking Buddy.
Your DCH Cooking Buddy Account is linked to your mobile phone number. Only one DCH Cooking Buddy Account can be linked to a mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you must update your account through the App and or on the Website. If you do not update your DCH Cooking Buddy Account promptly after such changes, your account may be at risk of being accessed by third parties and your DCH Cooking Buddy Points could be redeemed by someone else using your mobile number. Without prejudice to the foregoing, if we reasonably believe that your mobile phone number has been transferred to a third party or you have deactivated your mobile phone number, then we have the right to cancel your DCH Cooking Buddy Account linked to this mobile phone number (without notice), and to create another DCH Cooking Buddy Account for the new owner of this mobile phone number. Upon the cancellation of your DCH Cooking Buddy Account in accordance with the foregoing, all Points accumulated shall be forfeited. You will need to re-apply for a new membership using a new mobile phone number if you wish to re-join DCH Cooking Buddy.
12. Disclaimers
All information, content and materials of any kind provided on the App are for your general reference only. Your participation in DCH Cooking Buddy and your use of our Website, App, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, your Offers, Points, Rewards, your DCH Cooking Buddy ID and DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card, are at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCH Cooking Buddy, our Website, App, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, your DCH Cooking Buddy ID, your DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card, Your Personalised Offers, Points and/or Rewards, and all information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them are provided “as is”, and all express or implied conditions or warranties are excluded.
We make no representations, undertakings or warranties:
(a) as to title, accuracy, completeness, currency, quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose in relation to DCH Cooking Buddy, our App, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, your DCH Cooking Buddy ID, DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card, Your Personalised Offers, Points and/or Rewards, or any information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them; or
(b) that the DCH Cooking Buddy, our Website, App, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, your DCH Cooking Buddy ID or DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely or available, or that any error or malfunction will be rectified.
13. Our Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential losses or damages suffered by you; however, they may arise, including negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any losses or damages whatsoever (including whether general, special, indirect, direct, nominal, punitive, incidental or consequential) which may arise in relation to these Terms, DCH Cooking Buddy, our Website, App, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, Your Personalised Offers, your DCH Cooking Buddy ID, DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card, Points, Rewards, any products and services offered by our Partners, or any information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them, whether or not we were advised in advance of the possibility of such losses or damages.
If any court of competent jurisdiction finds that any part of the above provisions under this Clause 12 of our Terms is invalid or unenforceable, then our total liability in relation to these Terms, DCH Cooking Buddy, App, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, your DCH Cooking Buddy ID, DCH Cooking Buddy Membership Card, Your Personalised Offers, Points and/or Rewards, or any information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them, shall be limited to the provision of Points and/or the replacement of any Reward that is the subject of the dispute, as we may determine at our absolute discretion.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, interest, copyright, trade mark rights, domain names, design rights, goodwill and any other intellectual property rights anywhere in the world (of any kind whatsoever) subsisting in DCH Cooking Buddy, our Website, App and any information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them, are owned by us and/or our licensors. You shall not obtain any rights, title or interests in them, and shall not modify, copy, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on them (either in whole or in part).
You agree that any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide to us is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use it (or not use it) as we see fit, and without any obligation to you.
15. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy sets out the purposes for which we will use your personal data, who we share your personal data with, and the choices you have in relation to how your personal data is collected and used by us. By applying to become a member of DCH Cooking Buddy, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found here: www.dchfoodmartdeluxe.com/tc/privacy.php.
16. Links
Our Website, App, and any electronic communications sent to you or any materials provided to you online or digitally, may include links to other websites, content or resources, which are hosted, offered or provided by third parties (including our Partners, DFIHL or its affiliates). You understand and agree that we:
(a) do not have any control over and do not monitor those third-party websites, content, or resources;
(b) do not provide any undertakings, representations or warranties, and are not responsible for any of those third-party websites, content or resources (or any products, goods or services promoted, referred to or offered on the third-party websites or resources); and
(c) do not endorse any of those third-party websites, content or resources, or any advertising, products, goods, services or other materials made available from such third-party websites or resources.
17. Resolving Any Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or matter arising out of or in relation to them, or in relation to DCH Cooking Buddy, Points, Rewards, Your Personalised Offers, your DCH Cooking Buddy Account, our Website or App, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both you and Dah Chong Hong agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18. General Terms
If any of these Terms are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, it will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect as if these Terms had been made without the invalid, illegal or unenforceable term.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions referred to herein and/or posted on our Website or App, contain the entire agreement between you and us.
A failure or delay by us to exercise any right or act upon a breach under these Terms will not be a waiver of that right or breach. Any waiver by us of any of our rights or of a breach of these Terms must be in writing, and such waiver is limited to the particular right or breach stated in it.
These Terms are personal to you, and you may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer our rights or obligations to any third party without your consent.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) shall not under any circumstances apply to these Terms.
19. Language
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are written in the English language and may be translated into Chinese or any other languages. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

DCH Cooking Buddy Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)
By providing us with your mobile number in order to join our DCH Cooking Buddy ("DCH Cooking Buddy "), you are deemed to have agreed to this Personal Information Collection Statement. DCH Cooking Buddy Members can earn and redeem points in return for products, discounts, services, or vouchers (“Rewards”) from participating Outlets (“Outlets”). DCH Cooking Buddy is owned and operated by the data user Dah Chong Hong (“Dah Chong Hong”, "we" or "us"). You must be at least 18 years old to join DCH Cooking Buddy.
What do we collect?
In order to be able to process your application to become a DCH Cooking Buddy member ("Membership") we need to collect your mobile number. After you become a DCH Cooking Buddy member, we may also collect information regarding your Membership number; points balance; Membership account status and activities; your transaction history when you purchase anything from our Outlets and you use your Membership to accumulate points; information about any Rewards redeemed by you; and your shopping preferences.
How do we use your information?
We will use your personal information to:
1. administer and maintain your Membership account and provide customer support (e.g. update your account, verify your identity, create a single profile about you by combining your personal data already held by us, process any points issuance or Reward redemption, complete any transactions, and communicate with you);
2. improve our operations or our Partners' operations through various means, such as the use of analytics tools, research, surveys and feedback forms; and
3. investigate or handle any incidents, claims or disputes, defend or bring any claims or actions, or comply with applicable law or any requests from any regulatory authority, court or government agency.
Who do we share your information with?
